Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels are made with all natural ingredients.
Starting with the Chocolate Chip Cookie, Nestle Toll House Morsels have brought the family the very best in baking for over 70 years.
Microwave: Melt 1 cup (6 oz.) chunks in uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on High (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. Chunks may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10 to 15 second intervals, stirring just until chunks are melted. To melt 1 3/4 cups (11.5 oz.) chunks, microwave a few seconds longer.
In Saucepan: Melt chunks in small, heavy-duty saucepan, over lowest possible heat. When chunks begin to melt, remove from heat; stir. Return to heat for a few seconds at a time, stirring just until chunks are melted. Immediately remove saucepan from heat once chunks are melted.
For Dipped Fruit: Melt 1 tbsp. vegetable shortening and 1 cup (6 oz.) chunks as directed above.
Semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, natural flavors). Made on equipment that also processes peanuts and nuts.

I love this chocolate. I use it for cookies, bars and eating by itself. Taste is great!
Very good taste, and can use 1/2 the amount as choco ships, as they are twice the size!!!
