My second bottle already. It cools and soothes irritated area immediately upon application. I use it to combat rash (allergies) and mosquito bites mainly. The only disadvantage is that the packaging does not suit the product; being a super thick cream, it is impossible to dispense through a squeeze bottle with tiny holes in the flip-lid. At first I thought I had a one-off bad product but my second bottle a year later, had the same cream consistency and unsuitable packaging. I have to unscrew the cap every time, bang the bottle upsidedown against my palm and squeeze a little bit out.
