So glad I got this! I use this mostly to sprinkle on my baking pans before placing bread dough on it for baking. I once bought something else labelled as "cornmeal" but it was so fine, more like cornflour that I couldn't use it for that purpose. Now I shall enjoy baking my high hydration loaves! And perhaps venture out into corn muffins and the like. The possibilites are endless.
