Put five stars, helpful for the overall good life quality, I feel better when having it at least 1 teaspoon a day. Use it for pulling in the mouth, as well. Though it didn't work for my hair and skin, makes them really dry. But it is well known that some oils dehydrate as they contain a lot of acids. At first, you can receive hydration and nourishment, but after a while, it starts to give the opposite result. I use it for a massage and the skin is radiant after that but then I wash it off.

I also like the manufacturing way of the oil where the centrifuge process is used and not a classical expelled pressed. It makes the oil stronger, interesting it tastes. It doesn't need a fridge, AND it is not even suggested by the manufacturer, so it can be stored in a cool place which makes it really easier to use when it's not frozen as a stone and you can take it lightly with a spoon . Love to use these blue bottles in my household, afterward)
