Very soft, but unstable pencil, always apply to the base, otherwise it will float immediately after application. Strangely, I washed this pencil off with a stiff washcloth, but I do not hang on the eyelids, probably because of the cream around my eyes - there is nothing left for a couple of hours, except for gray divorces under the eyes. In the heat, too, immediately floats on the eyelids. I have very sensitive eyes + contact lenses, allergies to a pencil have not arisen.
In the lead there are tiny spangles, but do not say that straight shimmer eyeliner. Black is not intense.
In general, the case when the quality is equal to the price. At the same time, I like the products of e.l.f, they can pick up very, very worthy things (like their cream liner, mascara, mineral shadows and blush, lip gloss, makeup brushes).
If you have dry eyelid skin, then this pencil is ideal - soft, easy to apply, does not scratch.
