But after starting using this, I could see the result in 3 days. Increased endurance and stamina. Now I have put on approx 3lbs muscle within 4 weeks of use. For those who are dedicated in diet and workout, Nitraflex will give a much better result. Only thing is that the flavor "Pina Colada" is not upto the expectation.
