Follow the instructions as instructed. Because it contains a lot of caffeine, overdose is likely to cause a large crowd. I was instructed by the instructions that I drank a lot of water a day in the early days and even though I drank more water than instructed, my heart became leaning, my hands and feet fell a little, and my condition became as cold as usual.
