Palm Sugar, the sugar of choice

This is the last "low-glycemic" sugar going round the decks. Keep it in the fridge, goes bad quick unless you use it alot (which i don't).

This palm sugar only has 5g of sugar per 2 tsp. serving. I have used it in my low sugar chocolate chip cookies in place of brown sugar and they taste great. Tastes a lot like brown sugar with just a hint of molasses, but not strong. I also use it in oatmeal and other hot breakfast cereals. My husband has diabetes and this sugar does not spike his blood sugar count. Great product, but I wish the price was a little lower. Fast shipping. Recommend.

First time trying this kind of sugar, and it tastes good. But it clupms like madness so i had to transfer it to an airsealed container.

This sugar is lovely- it has a rich earthy flavour, and has worked well in replace of regular (or brown) sugar in different baked goods.

I like this coconut sugar. it's a good alternative tot normal white sugar. But it has a different taste and structure. I think you should really try it to know if you like this. I usually use raw organic honey, but coconut sugar is great too. I'll buy this more to use instead of honey.
