I started to take this product when i started to study for my MBA about 5 years ago . It helped me to concentrate and to be focused on my study. It also helps to control on mood changes . The only disadvantage in this product, is that the bottle contain only 30 tabs for 15 days, so it could be better if the package will be larger and contain 60 tab for full month

Didn't make a huge difference

I have been taking this brand for a month. The pills are kinda big. I normally like everything from this brand, but this time I didn't really notice much effects from taking this. I did notice that at night it caused me to sleep a little better. maybe it takes longer than a month to notice a huge difference. I have decided to continue taking phosphatidylserine, just in another brand.

This product has no sides effects.
