Not easy for me to find organic Balsamic Vinegar. This one's pretty cheap, considering its 500ml instead of 250ml. However, the consistency is pretty thin, the taste isn't that strong. The ones I tend to buy in the past aren't organic but they tend to be thick, and sweeter (not Balsamic Glaze, just aged longer and hence, sweeter). I guess this ones pretty young and doesn't come with the complexity of flavours like those I'm used to. I can use this to flavour my marinades or for cooking. But as a salad dressing, it isn't very flavourful unless I use it as one of the ingredients for making my own salad dressing.
