I purchased this product for all of the good benefits it brings - but your description fails to disclose that absorption of this product is really very poor - with low assimilation rates - better results supposedly with the acetate version - which I don't think you offer - so I purchased a bunch of this stuff and it probably won't really do me much good :-(
