I saw this advertised on the Dr. Oz show and they are right it tastes great! This is the only pasta I will use from now on. The taste is delicious and you don't have a heavy feeling when you are done eating. I can't say enough about this product, just Fabulous!!!

Surprisingly good!

Posted by Reviewer2742710 on Jun 26, 2012

In my search for gluten-free pasta I came across this Corn pasta. I was reluctant to try it, as I didn't even know corn pasta existed, but thought for the price (and free shipping!) it was worth a shot. So glad I did, as this was surprisingly good pasta! It's nice to have some alternatives for wheat-and-oat-free eating.

Very good when not cooked to long!

These are a great gluten free alternative! Only thing is they get very "soggy" if cooked to long. I always taste during the cooking and stop cooking when they are still "al dente" and rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking process.
