Face Feeling Puffy? Detox Your Skin With These 4 Steps

Did you wake up with puffy eyes today, either because of a night of overindulgence or lack of sleep?⁣

Don’t worry: I’ve got you covered. Here are the best ways to detox your skin for a radiant glow. ⁣

⁣Step 1: Sip Your Way to Healthy Skin 

Start your morning with a cup of warm lemon water. Lemons are natural diuretics. Adding this to your warm water will help to reduce the amount of salt retained in your body. It is a healthy way to flush out anything that’s causing puffiness in your skin. ⁣⁣

Step 2: Wake Up Your Eyes with a Mask

Many eye masks come packed with ingredients to help wake up your eyes and reduce puffiness in the eye area. Using eye patches with caffeine can greatly help to reduce puffiness. Caffeine is a star player in skincare products, especially in the eye area.
