How it works:
A unique blend of herbs which consist of senna, licorice, cinnamon, fennel, ginger, coriander, bael, and natural flavors help ease minor digestive discomfort.

To attain maximum benefit, it is important to maintain a healthy, balanced diet which is high in fiber, drink plenty of water, and exercise regularly.
Drink 1 cup preferably after your last meal of the day. Do not exceed 2 cups in a 24-hour period.
Hot Tea - Pour 8 fl. oz. of freshly boiled water in a cup over your tea bag. Cover and steep for 5-8 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Iced Tea - Prepare hot tea with 4 fl. oz. of water. Let it cool and pour into an ice-filled glass. The melting ice will dilute tea to serving strength.

This product contains senna leaf. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, vomiting or abdominal pain because senna leaf may worsen these conditions. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, prior to use of this product. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
