Suggested Use

For best results, mix using an electric blender

Blend 2 heaping tbsp of MLO Milk & Egg Protein Powder with one cup of skim milk or favorite juice beverage. If desired, blend with fruit or other ingredients until smooth. MLO Milk & Egg Protein Powder may be enjoyed in cereals, baked goods or soups for added protein.

For healing and protein need. If no Egg or milk allergy a good source for a lot less than the Muscle protein powders. I mix it with Brewers yeast. Bone meal , ProBiotic Powder and other proteins(soy and Whey)
