I bought these for my husband as he is a shift worker and sometimes has trouble with his sleep, these are a great natural solution and a great strength. They taste great too which is a bonus
These are great, help me fall asleep really easily. Taste could be better, it has an artificial after-taste but that doesn’t negate the effectiveness.
