I like this because it has ingredients that can be of benefit for general health maintenance. I've used Country Life products for years because of their high quality. There is no bad taste & this is a good size package considering it's the Super strength. I do notice in the summer months that it gets soft & the oil smell is strong if left in a hot environment so I put the bottle in the fridge during those times.
