After trying different brands of apple cider vinegar and this coconut vinegar, I’d prefer to choose the later for its less pungent smell even though it’s in a smaller size glass bottle. It also contains the mother which I appreciate. I normally use the recommended amount and diluted with water and I don’t feel as peckish as how I normally feel when drinking it which is good. I will repurchase this next time😉

Apple cider vinegar has gotten a lot of good press but I read the coconut vinegar also has many health benefits. Coconut vinegar is less vinegary in taste than other vinegars and has the light sweet taste of coconut. I think this is a great alternative to apple cider vinegar if you want to try something new.

This is tasty coconut vinegar, made with a quality ingredient - organic coconut nectar cultured into vinegar! I've purchased it in the past and will likely buy again. I think it is a little mellower than apple cider vinegar. It has live cultures in it and so you'll see brown stuff on the bottom. That is "the mother", a sign of health-imparting qualities! I use it for salad dressings mostly, but it can be used anywhere ACV is used.
