I loved this BB cream after learning how to apply it properly. I apply it after having already applied a proper layer of mineral sunscreen, so I don't rely on this as my sole sun protection. I take a pea-sized amount and apply it gradually t myface, focusing on one area at a time and working it into the skin until it's nicely blended and absorbed. I don't apply it all over my face at once because I find it doesn't blend nicely and looks too cakey on my face that way, as it dries down rather quickly making it harder to blend. That's why I work in sections. The texture of this cream is quite thick and dries down tacky and glowy, which works great for my dry skin. I don't think it would work for oily skin.
My skin is very fair and pale but has a neutral undertone, and I found the color to be perfect for my skin tone. I don't think it would work for any skin tone other than fair or very light, but it can work for all undertones in my opinion.
