The quality of the essence is quite good and I like that it doesn’t have strong smell. But the size of the pads are small compared to other pads I have used. The pads were tilted sideways in the container which makes picking up the pad a bit tricky.
I was surprised about how effective these toner pads are!! They really do sooth down irritated skin and can be helpful for people suffering from acne. I loved this product and I will definitely repurchase!
I got this as an alternative for the soon jung 5.5ph relief toner. I didn’t find that it soothed my skin in any way, if anything it made it worse, the texture of the pad irritated my sensitive skin. I felt that it’s very easy to introduce bacteria even with the instruments provided (the pad tweezers). Each time you need to wash the tweezers because they themselves are going to have bacteria. Second of all, each time you open the container you’re introducing bacteria into it, especially from a bathroom which is often warm and humid. I didn’t like the ease of use, each time to use you need to spend a large amount of time to take the pad out and then applying it and waiting for the essence to soak in from the pad. That’s in addition to trying to be hygienic and using the utensils. As a busy person I don’t have time for this. I won’t be buying this again, the relief toner is way better and provides real results for me.
