Passed this on to my mum as i heard that the main ingredient in this helps to improve memory and so far mum felt that it was working. Will continue to try for a couple more months to see if it has a lasting effect.
Good quality Omega 3, but wouldn't say the best value for money. There are more affordable options with similar quality on the market IMO.
I can't say anything because i bought it thinking it's for kids, it's not, so i didn't really test it out
Very good for providing omega 3 and brain support . You neec to take 3 softgels thats makes it costly. But quality is best.
