the product may be good for your need. but i give it 2 star, as it has too high amount of enzymes to break down carbohydrates into glucose. almost noone really needs "help" with breaking down carbohydrates even faster into glucose!. enzymes like amylase will just speed up your insulin resistance and diabetes problems. and at same time the enzymes to break down fat is way to low. so i stopped using it very quickly. i would not recommend this product, unless you have problems breaking down certain types of carbohydrates. the product is also overpriced.

Good sized capsule, pretty easy to swallow (although not as small as the lipase capsules). Seems to work quite effectively when I'm eating foods with a mix of protein and higher fat levels and lactose. Useful when I want to take just one pill (or just one kind of pill) rather than several. Fairly expensive, of course, but I think all the good quality digestive enzymes are.
