I can’t see if they work or not but I’m definitely trying to incorporate this with exercise. I know there’s no such thing as a magic pill but any help is better than no help I do feel like it has breaking down the fat cells in that area, I could be wrong.

I am pleased with this product so far, it is full of quality vitamins and nutrients including high dose Vitamin A ingredient that I was unaware were so beneficial for reducing cellulite and maintaining healthy skin in general. You must take 4 capsules daily as the recommended dosage, so if you're wanting to take the product to maximize benefit over a period of time, I would suggest perhaps buying a couple of bottles. After extensive research this high quality product has the best ingredients and benefits on the market. The dosage is 4 capsules and with only 60 in each bottle is not enough for a month. A larger size bottle is recommended especially because it could take up to 28 days to see initial results.
