Love the sweet aroma and flavor! Tastes delicious sprinkled in black tea, Indian-style curry, and as an addition to vanilla in cookies and cakes. I have found that you can add quite a bit in tea and curry, but a little goes a long way when baking. (Adding too much can overpower the taste of vanilla.) While more expensive than the cardamom that I've found locally, the bottle is larger, and I prefer organic. Recommended!

Ground cardamon is a winner. It use to be sold in like dried beans in the bottle to peel for seeds, to patch and ground for use by the home chef. McCormick eliminated a bunch of steps selling the cardamom ground. The bottle fits more ground than in pod form too. Great spice to sprinkle into savory (rice or masala curries (not that use that way)), sweets (baking/breakfast (like cinnamon but not)) or hot beverages (tea). Spicy smell, but gives foods an energizing fragrance. It is strong yet mellow in flavor. This cardamom is completely worth the price. I highly recommend it to others.

This was a really hard to find product. Glad that Iherb had it. It's very fresh and delicious.

Not easy to find ground cardomom at my local grocery store. happy to find on iherb at such affordable prices. Added this to my orange chiffon cake which enhanced the flavor of the cake

Opened the bottle and it smells wonderful. I sprinkle a little Cardamom and Ginger in my coffee every morning. I must add that the packaging of all the products is the best I have experienced.

Its not awful. I just did not like the taste.
