NOW Foods, Apple Pectin, 700 mg, 120 Veg Capsules is a great supplement especially for someone like me that don't have time to eat apple. Apple Pectin is a great fiber which can only get by eating the skin of Apple so with this supplement, I don't need to eat whole apple and I can control my sugar intake since Apple has huge amount of naturally occurring sugar. Pectin is a fiber which is beneficial to gut health, weight loss, diarrhea, blood sugar, etc. The product itself is excellent in terms of price. The capsule don't have taste, is of normal size and easy to take. FYI: I am not advising everyone to take apple pectin supplement over natural apple fruit. Of course, a whole natural apple fruit is much more beneficial. It just that the price of apple in my country is too expensive and I just can't afford it to include it in my daily diet so I opt for a supplement.
Good pectin at a good price, ingredients from an organic apple, the quality of apples is excellent, we add it to kefir, kefir becomes amazing and natural, the intestines have become more stable, the diet helps in these cases. Strong packaging, I will buy more, I liked the light laxative effect.

These are a great supplement for use as a binder. I stopped all my supplements after starting this to take a break but having researched the dangers of galactin-3, I have restarted this. I have MCAD and am trying to take Modified Citrus Pectin and hoping the citrus won't trigger a histamine response. I'm also adding in this Apple Pectin as both of these pectins are reknowned for producing galatose which binds to galactin-3 and escorts it from the body. If you are having trouble with constipation, this is the stuff that will make a difference. The capsules are easy to swallow and regardless if you eat a lot of fruit or drink juice, you can still be irregular. This product can fix all that in one day. This is much easier on your body than the psyllium fiber that most doctors recommend and there are other benefits as well. Like the quality of this product. Found it is easy to take off the capsule and mix the compound with a quarter cup of water. Easy to stir and drink. The taste is mildly neutral. Used to take it empty stomach half an hour before breakfast, for better absorption of Apple Pectin in the gut, promoting gut health and brain health.
I am using this as it is recommend for intestinal health. Great intestinal health will imrpove your immune system. This product is tasteless and you just need to pop the capsule easily. You can take the product out from its capsule and add in juice and water or any beverage of your choice.
I notice the fiber working through my gut in a good way. This is great quality. I like the fact that it has so many benefits. Do some research on this, it is amazing all of the benefits it has! Plus it has no taste, easy to swallow capsules. I will definitely buy again!
It's good, I feel fuller when I take it and it makes me go to the toilet more. It helps to flush out your system a bit. So I don't take it all the time as I am a healthy weight and just use it for flushing out my system.
Apple pectin has been advised in some of the C19 protocols. I'm not a doctor, so I wouldn't advise anyone to take it without advice from a medical professional. I like the fact that it comes in capsules as it's easier and more convenient and less messy than the powder form.
