A lot of Bromelain products have a very high GDU rating which is great if your system can handle it, mine won't and it gives me stomach issues. This product however with a lower GDU of 600 is perfect with no stomach issues encountered. First time ordering via iherb from Canada, delivery was fast and shipping/pricing was great. Will be ordering again from iherb.

Very good value for quality ingredients. I was using this with Quercetin for better absorption, but then found out it's not good to have pineapple (and derivatives) if you have bladder sensitivity as I do.
