one star off due to the price. but a good mix of antioxidants. great for inflammation and skin. the green tea may be helpful with weight loss also! good size and variety of popular top selling and dependable antioxidants! I like this product and I will keep buying. I like that it has more than one antioxidant so I don't have to buy multiple bottles of separate supplements.
Been using this for over a month and had helped me with a skin condition that was chronic. That was not even the original reason why I started taking it. My Dr. Recommend it for something else.
Fantastic for my upset immune system. My advise: take these capsules in the morning or during lunch, NOT before bedtime, because you will NOT sleep.
