1. Apply: Nix Ultra® Solution

• Spread Nix Ultra® solution on dry hair, completely saturating the hair and scalp. Ensure coverage behind the ears and on the back of the neck. Leave Nix Ultra® solution in the hair for 10 minutes.
• Wash the hair thoroughly with regular shampoo. Do not use conditioner or shampoo that contains conditioner. Nix Ultra® solution conditions the hair for easy combing. Towel dry the hair. Safe, non-toxic, when used as directed.

2. Remove: Nix Lice Removal Comb

• Use the Nix lice removal comb (included) to remove nits and lice.
• Part the hair into four sections. Comb one section at a time. Start at the top of the head. Lift a 1-2 inch wide section of hair. Place the teeth of the comb as close to the scalp as possible and comb with a firm, even motion away from the scalp to the ends of the hair. Use clips to pin back each section of combed hair.
• Clean the comb during use by wiping lice and nits onto tissue. Discard the tissue into a sealable plastic bag. After combing, recheck the entire head for lice and nits. When treatment is completed and all remaining lice and nits have been wiped from the comb, seal and discard the plastic bag containing nits and lice and soak the Nix Lice removal comb in hot water (above 54°C) for 10 minutes before any subsequent reuse.
• Check the hair after 7 days. If lice or nits are present, repeat steps 1-2.

3. Lice Killing Spray

• Use Nix® Lice Killing Spray on bedding and furniture.
