Im quite surprised that this smell and taste different from the usual green tea i consume. It smells like a mix of fruits and flowers and taste kind of sweet. I experienced mild cramps just before i needed to go to the bathroom. But it didn’t happened right after i drink this, i had this in the afternoon and experienced in the evening the cramps and the urge to go. Overall, i think this is a great tea. It would feel like it’s cleansing your stomach. Also, please note that this does not come in individual sealed package but it comes in a resealable pouch (see photo). Hit like if this helped you

Great quality tea , size is good , effective for constipation and so much benefits in loosing weight, I’m using it for months now i feel my stomach is in better health , no bad taste , suitable for all ages , packaged very well , Loved it worked very good for me thanks iherb

This product does the job, if you have some occasion like a wedding or something it will help you lose weight. The taste is accurate, normal green tea as well as the smell. The size is good as well you will be able to use one tea bag 2 times

This tea can't be a bad investment even if it doesn't help slim down. I figured worth a try, it will have a great taste I am sure and hopefully will add in weight reduction. Worth a try. Good price, fast shipping, easy to use website. ITime will tell.

OMG...I have been eliminating every day since drinking this tea. Since working out, and going through menopause, crazy things happen to your body including elimination. I do not have cramping like some of the other teas, the green tea smell great, and it tastes good too very strong. It comes in a nice package. For those people who are exercising and having elimination issues, this is a must-buy.

Love everything about this tea, the taste the ingredient, the quality, the packaging. But you better be where you can go to the restroom when it kicks in! I do notice that you can't eat a lot of fat and take this product. But I love it because it aides in a flatter tummy by running you off... Lol!
