There is little not to like in all the Ashwagandha herb products I’ve bought from iHerb. I have little concern the product ingredient is anything but the pure herb, root and/or extract. Ashwagandha, regardless of brand, has worked for me. They all appear to be of high quality. How it has worked has been to significantly reduced nightmares which I’ve had all my life. My dreams have done nothing but improve in a positive sense. The nightmares return if I stop taking them. My only disappointment is they haven’t really helped in improving my sleep.
