Amazing Nutrition is one of many good brands. This is the first time with this brand. I'm tired of taking ginger spice as it was a supplement. Of course I can use ginger when I'm cooking but I don't cook every day that kind of meals. I really believe ginger has many benefits.
I am very happy with the quality of this supplement! My doctor recommended ginger and/or turmeric for gut issues, pain and inflammation; and I was glad to find this in combination with pepper. As I learned, the pepper (in this case bioperine) helps with the uptake of the ginger and turmeric. The caps are rather large, but still not too difficult to swallow. I like that it's a big jar, 180 caps, and the dosage is just 2 (sometimes I only take 1). It lasts a long time.
If you don't like the taste or smell of turmeric, it's worth looking at another brand. The capsules have a very strong smell of spices, which I can't stand very well, but nevertheless it doesn't affect the quality of the product in any way. I decided to take a course of curcumin as it is one of the most studied antioxidants, with which I would like to improve the liver and the overall health of the body with the help of detox. I hope to see positive changes at my next annual checkup at the clinic in a few months
My husband loves running and started on this supplement for overall joint health. He's found that it has helped with the occasional inflammation in his knees and will continue taking it.

I usually have turmeric powder in my morning smoothie and use ginger in my cooking so I thought I'd just add these to my morning meds....so far so good🙏
this is a great supplement, the capsule isn't so big that it's hard to swallow but you do have to take 2 at a time.
