These are the most delicious artichoke hearts I have ever eaten. If they were a little lower in fat, I would go through them like water. As it is, they are an occasional treat. (I'm severely intolerant of fat because I have gallstones. The fat content should be fine for someone who doesn't have a similar health issue.)
