In my opinion, this is the BEST essential oil blend ever created. I have purchased this many many times over the years, and never get tired of it. True spa scent. I use in a diffuser, and also add a few drops to my body lotion sometimes. Aura Cacia quality is always excellent and the consistency of the product/scent blend is always the same. Artificial scents give me severe headaches, so I moved to pure essential oils which I can enjoy without any problems.

This has become one of my favorite essential oil blends! It is both relaxing and a bit energizing at the same time. I have to admit, when I first bought it, I felt it was a bit heavy on the lavender. But the more I used it, the more the other scents came through. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

One reviewer said the lavender was too strong, but I actually added a little extra lavender because I like a "bedroom" fragrance to have lavender as the undisputed top-note. I put 5-6 drops in my little ultrasonic diffuser each night and it simply helps soothe my nerves so that I can sleep better.
