Forget Annie’s or other “healthy” Mac and cheese brands - this one is really the best. Not only does it have more protein and fiber thanks to the chickpea pasta but it actually tastes good and is kid approved! We made it with a bit of butter per the optional instructions and it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

It’s so hard to find Mac and cheese that don’t have gluten in the ingredient list. The taste is so good and the quality of Banza products are unmatched. The instructions on the package clearly state that it is gluten free which makes differentiating the regular Kraft one and this one easy to see as well!
