Very promising in terms of dosage, but the taste didn't work for my toddler. But no Omega brand did the job anyways, he simply refuses to drink it. In regards to the product, I have tasted it and it's one of the best less fishy taste Omegas.

My daughter loves the taste of this and gladly takes it to everyday. It is not fishy at all and having lutein added to it will help with eye development and protection against blue light as kids nowadays tend to spend more time on digital devices

also one of my daughter's favorite eye vitamin. She at first disliked it due to sour taste.. but gradually gotten used to it. my tip is do not mix it with yogurt.. and also one recommendation... If you can, please provide specialized spoon for this type of vitamin.. everyone has different idea of what teaspoon is......

Liquid Omega 3 is easier to take, then the softgels; Plus the taste is sweet and tart, which is a good combination. But if it's too much, I will mixed it into water. 30 minutes after taking it, I do notice a boost in energy.

7 yo loves it and takes it readily. I like the change from havbing to swallow or chew capsule. Cannot give it to my dog because Xylitol gives dogs hypoglycemia and liver failure.

The taste is NASTY!!! of all the Barlean's fish oils, this is the only one that had such an awful taste...my kids refused to eat it, and now it's sitting in my fridge and i don't know how i will finish it. Won't recommend!
