Magnesium is literally one of the most beneficial elements you can take. I find specifically this one to be well-tolerated and high quality. You may take it for years on, leaving short breaks. The tablets are quite big, but not impossible to swallow. The product doesn't cause me any gastrointestinal problems whatsoever. It helps me sleep better and manage stress successfully. It's also good for your muscles. Overall, a nice product.
literally the only supplement that helps with my constipation issue. i've been taking two every night for the past few years. was worried there would be other side effects but i've been to regular health screening and haven't had any other mineral imbalances. so i guess it's safe for long term consumption as long as you keep to about 400mg a day.

So far no side effects. The capsule itself has no smell, is tasteless and big. Keep in mind if the size matters. The length of the capsule is around 2,5 cm. The package is great.
