very good magnesium bisglycinate!it is albion! and that is very important! we will never buy minerals when the are not from albion chelates! bleubonnet is also good because it is in vegicaps and not tablets! because most tablets uses titanium dioxide for colour! also a very good product because it dont work as a laxans! we take 2 . 1 whith breakfast and most of the time 1 in the evening we will defenetely buy again!!!!also very easy on the stommach!!!!!
