THIS ONE IS SO STRONG, the beans are grinded already and you need to add creamer if you think its too strong, never had a mexican espresso but this one is really nice cafe quality. im drinking it iced or hot depends on my mood. the thing i dislike about it is that sometimes its giving me too much acidity. its an arabic grinded vaccum packed like a brick.
This is a good, quality coffee, especially for the price. It's a fine grind so not a good choice for a french press but fine for machine brews and great for Aeropress; it's a uniform grind. The taste is good but I can't detect any specific "tasting notes." However, this appears to be a dark roast and there's no burnt flavor and the acidity isn't significant. Recommended but I still prefer the Robusta blend.
I usually dislike dark blends, though this one is sweeter yet very embodied. It can be combined well with lighter blends, such as vanilla and macadamia, as well for lovely lattes. It lasts well, as long as you measure the size of your spoons. The package is beautiful and darker roasts has the benefit of bearing less caffeine.
