this products is Very good supplement I’ve been taking turmeric capsule for inflammation,omega 3 and zinc for immunity separately before but when I saw this in Iherb I Immediately ordered the 30caps to try and it’s cost effective instead of taking 3 different types of supplements I’m only taking one that has the same effect on my health..

My first purchase of this brand of Curcumin supplement. It felt weird as the aftertaste is strong given that it is softgel, it does not taste bad, just takes getting used to. It does certainly taste of substantial good quality and ingredient, and I'm sure it has its benefits. I'm in my 30 of age, and have seen improvement in joint pain, not sure the extent but definitely would repurchase if the price is competitive.

I have been taking this twice a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch, for the past 2 weeks and feel a difference. Knees are less creaky and also less achy. Some days, there is no pain at all. Taking this once a day helped my overused inflamed knee joints mend and improve. It took over 6 months though but it's well worth it. Ingredients include Omega 3s and Curcumin which help with inflammation. The Black Seed Oil, Boswellia (which is Frankincense) and ginger all help with joint health, mobility and function. So definitely highly recommend this. My 80-year old mother has also been taking this and she says she is able to slowly bend her knees with less pain and discomfort.
