Optimally balanced composition. The tablets are quite large, but there are no problems with the use. Goes in a complex with D3. It is enough to drink two tablets per day. I also take magnesium separately. The result after a month of admission is felt. There were problems with the teeth. I had to visit the dentist often, as pieces of the tooth were periodically beaten off. Now I don't see it.
