The brush is gentle on my scalp. I typically use this with my wet hair with no problems at all. My only concern is that the bristles are too soft, they easily bend and I need to straightened them every so often.

We use detangler hair brushes from different kids for quite some time now. I bought one if conair hairbrushes and all three of my daughters asked for one for herself. Highly recommend it when there is an issues with brushing hair.
