This is the best natural anti inflammatory product I’ve tried. It’s super efficient and fast acting. I do take a higher dose than what’s suggested on the bottle, but I work with an ND who recommended the dose for my specific needs. It has done miracles for my arthritis and I never have less than 3 bottles in my house at all times.

It is the best supplement for anti-inflammatory. Maximum absorption also gives hope for results. Inflammation is the cause of many diseases. including cancer In new research, turmeric has been shown to reduce knee pain from osteoarthritis. as good as dicofenac Painkillers have many side effects, such as stomach ulcers, kidney failure, but turmeric has no such side effects. So this supplement is a pain reliever for me.

I have been taking it for inflammation, this is my 2nd bottle. i notice a difference when i skip a day. This really helps with my chronic pain in the knees. It does take time to build up so be patient, but definitely will continue to use this. I take 2-4 caps a day depending on how I feel that day.
