Dr Ohhira's Propolis Plus, like all of this highly regarded microbiologist's products, is truly outstanding. It greatly improves immune function and is powerfully antioxidant and antimicrobial. My sense of wellbeing greatly improves when I take this product and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Be careful though if you are asthmatic, as asthmatic's can experience allergic reactions to bee products. Enjoy 😁

Vitamins are useless if they're not manifactured well, and with Dr ohiras it's a safe bet. (I used to work for a vitamin manufacturer). There's so many vitamins that we can take for our health but this one combines so many of the most important things. it's a bit pricey but worth it. Small easy to take liquid capsules, no taste or smell and individually packaged in sheets, like the same way proper medications are. Highly recommend

Just bought two boxes. Can't really figure out with the effectiveness to my body. Yet it is quite pricy and amount number of pill taken per day was quite much. I had changed to some other better alternatives
