Works great, increases strength without the side effects of regular creatine. It is written that 1.5 grams per serving, but I spar 3 grams each. Of the shortcomings, the only price is a little expensive.

Excellent creatine, really increases strength by an order of magnitude, compared to regular creatine and does not retain water at all. Expensive but worth it.

This is the best creatine, but the price has become unaffordable of course. Nevertheless, I will take it, reluctantly, especially considering that regular creatine 300 grams from BSN costs 3000.
