I cannot be without this in my house. I use it for cleaning my coffee making utensils, for cooking a a lemon/lime substitute, as a cleanser for my scalp and in smaller quantities and a supplement to help with dissolving or breaking kidney stones and oxalates in the blood. I was really glad to find this bulk bag of food-grade citric acid from a brand I can trust. There are many household uses for it, even if you don’t do canning. I love dissolving it in water to make my own natural cleaner for kitchen and bathrooms! A little goes a long way, too. This bag should last me a long time. I just need to find a cute jar for it!

This is the best price I have found for this brand. I use it to clean my dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee mugs/flasks etc. For my dishwasher I run it about once a month when I notice buildup on my dishes. It's great at removing hard water buildup and stains. I also use it when canning instead of lemon juice as it is a more consistent product.
I have one of those Asian hot water flask that keeps the water at a constant 90 degrees. However like kettles, the inside of the flask did colours over time. This is a must have to clean this. I just add a tablespoon or two to the flask, set to boil and leave it for an hour and it’s as good as new. I use it for my electric kettles as well.
I originally bought this to make bath bombs - and it worked as I anticipated. While reading about citric acid, I learned that it makes a good cleaner. I found this to be true when I used it to clean my stainless steel kitchen sink. I was really happy with how clean and shiny scrubbing with citric acid made my sink. I would definitely purchase this again. Also, a little goes a long way when it comes to cleaning with citric acid. (Note - you should not use citric acid to clean natural stone or marble.)
packaging came nice and secure. only downfall is I wish it came in a re-sealable bag. I will just have to run out and grab a sealed container to put it into. not the end of the world! it's going to work perfectly for what I need it for!
I use this to clean my keurig and it has been great. I even used it for my sister's kettle that had really thick buildup and it TOTALLY works!
Very good value! I put these on dried white blackberries with some olive oil so it sticks to the fruits, and they're the perfect healthier version of sour gummies. So happy! Also use them to scrub my bathtub.
I purchased the citric acid to make homemade dishwasher detergent and to use in canning. It's much easier to keep on hand than bottled lemon juice for water bath canning tomato products. I order many Frontier spices, too, as they are always high quality.
