I like to make mine strongly tart tasting. Add a little honey if desired. I drink it hot throughout the day. Ginger and rosehip could make it more interesting but so tasty on its own imho. Cheaper this way than buying in teabags. I use 1 tbsp in hot water in a glass coffee plunger. Never want to be without,love it!!
