Excellent!Ladies... if you have trouble with your cycle, please try this as a supplement. I have mild endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and a uterine polyp and I'm convinced I'm peri-menopausal as well. I've been drinking this tea daily for months now, one cup a day in between cycles and four cups while on my cycle (first thing a.m., mid to late a.m., mid afternoon, and right before bed). I've seen a massive improvement... my cycles have been lighter and shorter and the cramps have been SO much better! Additionally, my migraines have decreased but I'm not sure if the tea helped with those since I've been trying other things for that issue. When I'm out and about and I'm rushed for time, I will use the Traditional Medicinals individually wrapped tea bags, but I prefer this for the benefit of cost savings to make a 2 Liter pitcher at a time. The tea does not taste bitter to me and I don't usually add sugar. It's good hot or cold.
i rely on red raspberry leaf for daily nutritive teas, but also mainly for PMS symptoms and heavy cramping. it is truly the ONLY thing i've found that significantly reduces my menstrual cramps. and i've tried everything. it's the only thing that has been reliable, and especially if i start drinking it daily before day 1 of my cycle, 3 days before is best, but i often forget. i like to mix it with nettle, rooibos, chamomile, rose, tulsi, really it blends well with almost anything and overall has a light but pleasant flavor. the only thing, is that these are not resealable bags, so have some large jars ready to fill or else you'll be scrounging around your house like me trying to figure out what you can consolidate. i would say maybe an entire gallon total? but unsure exactly because i used a couple particularly odd jars
my absolute favourite herbal tea, this is so high in antioxidants and wonderfully mixed with other herbs. I drink it almost everyday to support fertility and PMS symptoms. I mix it with stinging nettles, rose, chamomile, lavender. I enjoy it so much and it has such a beautiful fragrance. red raspberry is wonderful for all women
I love this brand, all their bulk teas are superior and so well priced! I’ve never received a bag isn’t of the highest quality and freshness. Raspberry leaf tea has so many benefits, it’s incredibly high in antioxidants, rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A, C, and E, as well as iron, calcium, and potassium. I find it incredibly beneficial leading up to my period to help with PMS and then during my period to ease cramps and general “meh-ness.” The tea can supposedly increase blood flow to the uterus and strengthen uterine muscle fibers. I know a lot of pregnant women drink it leading up to birth to help prepare their bodies.
I use red raspberry leaf tea for cramps - before, the YOGI brand one helped to relieve the cramps pretty much to zero. Will find out if this one helps just as much. The taste is the same, herbal, earthy, no sweetness or anything. But very pleasant both hot and iced. I don't know if it is just me, but I sometimes feel sick if i drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Otherwise, everything is great.
Good quality, one simple ingredient. Easy to open package. Benefits include tonifying the uterus and easing menstrual cramps. I like the neutral taste. Supportive for women of all ages. I like to make tea blends with this and I like knowing that I'm supporting my reproductive system by drinking this daily.
Raspberry leaf tea has been a welcome addition to my nutrition routine as it provides bioavailable iron. I drink it at the end of my period each month and I notice feeling more energized almost right away. Good quality with a pleasant taste, though someone new to herbal tea might appreciate a little honey.
Very good quality tea. I bought the smaller 1.48 oz version of this tea before I bought the larger one and the quality is the same. I actually bought this tea a year ago and I still have a whole bunch left. I transferred the tea into a large mason jar just to keep the products integrity and keep air out of it. I like to make this tea monthly and drink it the week before my period and I helps with lessening cramps and bl44ding. It has nice mild flavor.
Excellent tea. Worked great for me for all my 3 pregnancies and deliveries. Makes your labor fast and contractions strong and potent. All my labors were uncomplicated, natural, rather quick and non-medicated. Make sure to consult with your Doctor, OB-GYN or mid-wife first though. If they give you an OK, then do your own research and find out how you should brew it and gradually incorporate it into your diet, starting around the end of the 3rd trimester. Taste is mild and pleasant/neutral, however don't expect this tea to taste like raspberry. I know, i was taking it for its benefits, not for the taste.
I love the taste and quality of the red raspberry leaf tea! I make a big batch and throw it in the fridge to drink cold over a few days. My husband even loves to drink this unsweetened and loves it. I also love that it come in a one pound package so I don't have to order as often and save lots of money.
