This is a decent BBQ substitute when considering how unhealthy real barbeque sauce can be. This stuff isn't loaded with sugar or artificial colors and flavors so I can eat it more often and not totally mess up my diet

it's sugarless, but be warned that it doesn't taste like the typical bbq. if ur watching ur sugar intake then this may be good for you but if u want smth delicious, I recommend looking for another product.
