很好!

When I looked into the characteristics of allulose. I suddenly came up making some low-carb coconut candies. I actually made those coconut candies this afternoon with 80g of this powdered allulose, 400g fresh coconut milk, 24g coconut butter, 1 tsp homemade vanilla extract and 1g pink salt. I put the mixture into my saucepan and started from medium heat to bring it to simmer. Then I stirred with my silicone spatula to make sure everywhere was heated evenly. With more water evaporated, it became sticky and the color turned brown. I stopped when it formed a sticky dough. I used a piece of parchment paper to transfer the candy block to and left it to cool, and rolled it to a long snake shape. Then I cut it into pieces and wrapped then into my precut parchment paper, put them in refrigerator for hardening. They turned out very fragrant and chewy, like toffees but chewier. The sweetness is not like the ones you got from the shop, but for me and my family, they are satisfying and enjoying. The white stuff on candy surface was frozen coconut oil from coconut. I also tried coconut butter (60g) alone with Allulose too, took less time to evaporate the excess moist and the final product was as good as the previous one, but harder, like store bought coconut candies even more. I’m more into the 2nd recipe.

I purchased this because some fellow-travelers on the Virta Diabetes Reversal plan recommended Allulose. Apparently, the carbs in Allulose are not absorbed, so you don't have to factor them in, if you're on the Keto diet. Also, for those of us with diabetes, studies indicate Allulose has glucose-lowering properties. I have found this to be the case. I use this product in low-carb muffins I make for breakfast (zucchini-cream cheese in photo). I just use 1 TB for a whole recipe with 6 servings. Allulose is not as sweet as sugar, so I pair it with a TB of pure Stevia powder (with no additives). That gives the perfect sweetness for my taste buds.

love that I can use it to make caramel and sticky date sauces without it crystalizing. and also caramel slice. top quality and great taste in coffee. I like that it's just a single ingredient. I'm not keen on the resealable package as it difficult to open and close. A larger 1kg size would be great value. the benefits of using this over natural sugar is great for those on no sugar or keto diets. I've used it in several recipes and love how it tastes and there's no "cooling" effect like with other sugar substitutes. I use it daily in my coffee ☺️❤️

Great quality product, second time ordering. Tastes like sugar without the negative effects made some perfect caramel with it, madeleines, crèmes brûlées, everything. Will try on some macarons using the new ordered batch I can’t wait. If it’s not sweet enough you can just add in a pinch of stevia in your recipe (make sure it’s raw pure stevia, mine come as a green powder) and you get a perfect sugar replacement. I’ve seen advice about mixing the stevia and the Allulose together but I prefer adding the stevia later in my batter when I make a recipe rather than blending it in and wasting a batch of Allulose. Only negative point is the price, very expensive compared to sugar I hope it will lower with time.

I purchased it for keto diet and especially for protein sparing modified fast bread (contains mostly egg whites), because it is supposed to leave the baked bread with a more brown and crusty surface if compared to other sweeteners. The surface of the bread is actually more brown, but I think not as crusty as I expected. As far as quality is concerned allulose is one of the best! Contains 1% Carbs, 1,6 calories per serving. Overall, a very good alternative for sugar

Item was received within a week of ordering. I have yet to try this long enough so I can't comment on its benefit on or quality yet. The ingredient list is informative. .The package is also ok. Taste wise, it sure does taste sweet without the minty after taste compared to Erythritol.

I'm on the keto diet so I'm constantly looking for new keto-friendly stuff to try. This is a great product; Allulose is almost identical to sugar and has a clean, sweet taste. I used to use Stevia however it is about 300x as sweet as table sugar and it leaves a bitter aftertaste which I really hate. This is also highly recommended on youtube videos as the holy grail of sweeteners. Get it guys, you won't regret it! My only regret is that I didn't stock up more when it's on sale!

I've finally found the perfect sugar replacement, this has the benefit of being just as sweet as sugar and doesn't bother my stomach like most sugar alcohols. I love the taste, it's like sugar mixed with honey, and no aftertaste unlike stevia. This brand is the cheapest I could find. Great quality, I would recommend.

Living in Australia, Allulose is not yet readily available. I had heard so many good things about it that I really wanted to test it out against my (then) go-to sweeteners. Thankfully ...iHerb! Not only did the order arrive as if "Covid logistics" is not a thing, but the price was very competitive against other, more available in Australia, sweeteners. An then there is the taste. What can I say? Allulose is the closest thing I have tasted to real sugar; having a more rounded and less front-of-mouth taste than allulose, none of the "icy" or "bitter" aftertaste that you can get with erythritol and stevia and does not suffer the potential graininess/recrystallisation of erythritol. In fact, my family could not tell the difference between sugar and allulose used in the almond and coconut cookies I made with it. Something I could not say about any other sweetener I have tried before. I will be purchasing Health Garden Allulose again. Perhaps other brands are as good, but I know this one is as good as I have ever had.

This sweetener is fantastic for homemade ice cream as it keeps the ice cream scoopable and does a much better job at it then xylitol. It also is not toxic to pets the way xylitol is and doesn't spike glucose and insulin like xylitol, so this is now my new favourite sweetener for ice cream. Perfect for diabetics, low carb and keto diets. Also does not have a bad taste like some other sweeteners.

It is a natural sweetener derived from corn and this is non-GMO. It is rich in natural nutrients, antioxidants, but is low on the glycemic index, so you can have something sweet without raising your blood sugar. because of this it is suitable for Keto diets and for diabetisc.
