after listening to the health specialists advice, I ordered glutathione reduced 500mg and vitamin c 500mg. The good thing is it does not upset my stomach or cause any side effects. It is advised to use them as a combo to boost your immune system or to lighten your skin color. glutathione 1500mg/Day (3 caps of 500mg after meals) vitamin C (2 caps a day/ 1000mg) you can also consume l'cystine 500mg (2 caps a day) at the same time with vitamin C n glutathione

I’ve just finished a bottle of these glutathione pills. I feel that it does help with adult acne, but at the same time I’m also taking other supplements so can’t say for sure how much it works as I’m not taking glutathione in isolation. Skincare regiment, lifestyle and diet also play a part. I will continue using and update if necessary. Cheers.

I bought 120 caps because 150 caps was out of stock, those caps are really amazing. I take 2 caps in the morning with vitamin C 1000mg and 2 caps in the evening with vitamin C 1000mg, And yea! Its help skin to bright, its help pigmentation. I don’t think that help any dark skin to become white skin, I think its just if you have pigmentation or anything happen to your skin or because of your diet, then this glutathione help your skin color to get back.
